  • QUINTOLUBRIC® 702 46 RD is designed to provide optimum performance in hydraulic systems where fire resistant fluids are required.  This glycol based HFC provides a high viscosity index, low pour point, and excellent heat transfer and antifoam performance. These properties, along with the addition of an antiwear component, provide extended pump life in systems operating under high pressure or overloaded conditions such as high pressure aluminum die casting.

 

  • QUINTOLUBRIC® 888 46 is designed to provide industry leading oxidative stability and fluid lifetime for a polyol ester HFDU. The fluid’s base ester, plus comprehensive additive package, affords excellent thermal/oxidative breakdown resistance. Its high viscosity index, flash and fire points as well as acceptable auto ignition temperatures and easy handling/disposal cost makes QUINTOLUBRIC® 888 46 the choice for many large die casters in North America.

  • QUAKERTEK® CS 4602 EP is a high dropping point calcium sulfonate grease available with and without moly.  It provides superior corrosion protection and water washout resistance especially in hot or dirty applications like ring forges, manipulators, & open die presses.
     
  • QUAKERCOOL® 7350 - High performance semi synthetic with a great balance of machining performance and applied cost, especially on high hardness substrates like titanium, stainless steel, and heat treated alloy steel as well as aluminum.  Used at a number of automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers to produce a wide variety of parts including hardened diesel engine components.
     
  • QUAKERCLEAN® 680 VDA is a combination cleaner and rust preventative which leaves an easy to clean coating that protects parts for up to 60 days even in humid indoor storage conditions.  Ideal for vacuum drying or situations where limited drying time would normally prevent the use of a water based product.  Foam resistant in up to 5000 psi spray and perfect for in-line wash systems.
